Meditation & Yoga - Your Personal Interior

Beth Lane is a yoga teacher who has spent the last four decades immersed in the world of dance, theatre, music, interior design and yoga.  She holds certification in Radiant Body Yoga, which can be described as a combination of Hatha, Ashtanga and Kundilini yoga styles, breathwork and meditation.  Her training with Kia Miller in Rishikish, India, provides her with a unique perspective on yoga in the Western hemisphere.

What is Radiant Body Yoga?  My Radiant Body Yoga practice consists of morning Sadhana, and then a combination of Pranayama (breath work), Asana (yoga poses), Kriya (repetitive strength exercises), Mantra (spoken and/or sung chanting) and Meditation.  I do these things to access my higher consciousness and to build physical strength.  Sometimes my deepest strength is found through profound relaxation.  Radiant Body Yoga was developed by my teacher Kia Miller who describes it as:
